Photo, signature and document files

Every photo, signature and PDF tool on GovBabu runs entirely in your browser using your device's own processing power (the HTML5 Canvas API and, for PDF tools, a library loaded from a public CDN). Your files are resized, compressed or converted locally on your device and are never uploaded to GovBabu's servers — because for these tools, GovBabu does not operate a server that receives them at all.

The feedback form

The form on our Contact page does not submit to a GovBabu server either. When you press the button, it opens a pre-filled Gmail compose window in a new tab, addressed to us — the message is sent directly from your own email account when you hit Send there. If you don't complete that step, nothing is sent. Name and email on that form are optional and used only to reply to you.

What we store in your browser

Two small preferences — your chosen language and light/dark theme — are saved using your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. This stays on your device; it is not sent to us or to any third party.

Payments

GovBabu's document tools are currently free for every aspirant, with no payment required. If a paid unlock is introduced in the future, payment would be handled by a third-party payment processor (Razorpay) — card and payment details would go directly to that processor under its own privacy terms, not to GovBabu.

Cookies and analytics

GovBabu does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and does not use cookies for tracking.

Accounts

There is no sign-up or login anywhere on GovBabu, so we don't hold account profiles, passwords or usage histories tied to an identity.
